more running - did laps around the house today - each one about 1/8 mile, so did loads.

not hurting too much.

tech not changed yet. garmin is brill.

poker

blogcercise 3 return of the running shoes

today - running better some of the 60second runs felt like runs more than torture.

technology - rubbish. GPS fell of charging cradle and battery conked after 10 minutes. so no stats.

should have run yesterday according to timetable, but had to spend that evening winning a poker tournament instead.

one more day down - only blogging for accountability - doesn't hurt as much as saturday.

blogcercise

so I'm an overweight unfit 42 (still!) year old - time to get fit - everyone else is doing it and a fitness programme is improper without a blog. In order to provide an orthogonal commentary I will concentrate on the tech and stats rather than the exercise (everything hurts - that's all you need to know).

The blog commits me to the 8 week programme, by which time 3 miles should be easy. - what's afterwards 5k-10k?
