blogcercise

so I'm an overweight unfit 42 (still!) year old - time to get fit - everyone else is doing it and a fitness programme is improper without a blog. In order to provide an orthogonal commentary I will concentrate on the tech and stats rather than the exercise (everything hurts - that's all you need to know).

heart - 72 resting, 90 standing, 130 walking up to 170 when running -

The blog commits me to the 8 week programme, by which time 3 miles should be easy. - what's afterwards 5k-10k?

  2. I'm with you on this big brother. I'm catching up in age and weight (41 on Friday - sadly my age not my weight in kilos) so may well use your blog as inspiration for my own keeping fit attempts
